1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the enterprise services provided by Data Engineering Technology (DET), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Service Provision

DET provides high-performance data infrastructure, in-memory computing adoption, and generative AI solutions. We ensure a minimum uptime of 99.9% as per standard enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs), compliant with the local framework.

3. Compliance and Law

All operations, data migrations, and storage optimizations are conducted in strict compliance with the Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) controls and the PDPL framework.

4. Limitation of Liability

DET shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen cyber threats that surpass globally recognized security standards implemented within our infrastructure.
